Coaching & Training

Season 2008 is the centennial year of establishment for the Tanunda Football Club, history on and off the field are both high on the agenda for our dedicated coaching team.

Steve Lubcke will continue at the Tanunda Football Club in the A Grade and club coaching position. Steve is a passionate Tanunda person and will be aiming at no less than a Grand Final berth in season 2008.

Troy Bonner has joined the coaching ranks rather unexpectantly, due to the move of Phil Knights back to Melbourne. Troy is as passionate about his footy coaching as he was hard at the ball during his playing days.  He doesn't take fools lightly and will be expecting at least 110% from his whole squad not just the 21 on the field each Saturday.

Tim Brooks will be looking after the Senior Colts for season 2008, whilst not new to coaching Tim takes on a critical role with our young guns of the future. A tough year to join the coaching ranks, in a centennial year where success will be critical.

Phil Mitchell has retained the challenging role of the Junior Colts coaching. Whilst numbers may be Phil's biggest problem this year the mini maggies will be giving their all in 2008.
