2009 Coaching & Training
Steve Lubcke will continue at the Tanunda Football Club in the A Grade and club coaching position. 2008 was a sensational season with both the A’s and Reserves travelling the season undefeated. 2009 will be a little harder as the benchmark has been set and we now become the chased. Always looking to stay one step ahead of the pack, be prepared for younger players coming into the side early in the season as Steve grooms players to continue the dominance of 2008.
Bob Smart has taken on the role of continuing to lead the charge with the reserves team in 2009. An undefeated season last year has put the pressure on everyone as we become the chased rather than the chaser. Bob will keep this all in his stride and make sure the Reserves stay atop of their game. He is also a Carlton supporter so must be a good bloke!!
Tim Brooks will be looking after the Senior Colts again in season 2009, Senior colts is always a tough gig with players minds not always 100% on the job on a Saturday morning, but Tim is the man to mould the future stars of the Tanunda Football Club and he will be aiming for an improvement on 2008.
